Over the years I have worked in a variety of settings where team development was crucial to providing a strong service/product to customers and also encouraging staff retention. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication and Interpersonal Relationships as well as almost ten years experience working in Challenge Course/Ropes Course facilitation and Team development.
