Giving and Recieving Feedback

 

While working at an amazing company some years ago I became acquainted with  “The Feedback Model” and to this day I can say it has been one of the most helpful professional development tools I have come across. During my time at this company I was lucky enough to participate in a “train the trainer” and to provide this training to multiple teams of managers and professionals. I have developed two 2 hour long trainings (Feedback 101;Feedback 2.0) They are fun and interactive experiences which will enhance your communication skills and ability to work with others to maximize professional growth.
